About Gymnastics Reborn's Structure

Gymnastics Reborn operates as a not-for-profit charity, ensuring that everything we do is focused on benefiting our gymnasts, coaches, and wider community. The organisation is structured as a company limited by guarantee, meaning it has no shareholders and all income and surplus funds are fully reinvested back into the club to improve facilities, equipment, coaching, and opportunities for our members.

The charity is formally registered with the UK Charity Commission under the name Pulloxhill Gymnastics Centre, which trades as Gymnastics Reborn.

The club employs a fantastic team of coaches, led by Paul Newton. Paul and the coaching team report directly to the Board of Trustees, who are responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the charity.
