At Gymnastics Reborn, our trustees play a key role in the club’s success, helping the club to grow while ensuring we continue to provide amazing gymnastics opportunities for all children.
Each trustee has a specialist area in which they advise, supporting the development of policies and strategic direction to ensure the club achieves its goals and operates safely, sustainably, and effectively.

Paul Newton
Founder and Chair of Trustees
Paul is the Chair of Trustees and Founder of Pulloxhill Gymnastics Centre. Alongside his role within the charity, Paul is a highly qualified Gymnastics Coach and an International Judge for Great Britain.
In addition, Paul is the Managing Director of Newton Sports Consultancy Ltd, which specialises in providing HR, legal, and technical support to sports clubs and businesses across the UK. Paul’s extensive experience across coaching, judging, governance, and business ensures strong leadership and oversight for Gymnastics Reborn.

Sharon Newton
Treasurer & Trustee
Sharon has been involved with Pulloxhill Gymnastics Centre since it was founded by Paul. Alongside being a highly knowledgeable coach and judge, Sharon is also a former teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience.
More recently, Sharon now works as a tutor across both the South London and Bedfordshire areas. Her extensive background in education, coaching, and judging brings a wealth of experience and insight to the club.

Alexis (Lecy) Robinson
Trustee
Lecy has been involved with Pulloxhill Gymnastics Centre since it was founded by Paul. She is not only a former parent of a member of our Elite Boys Squad, but also plays a key role within the club by overseeing our Safeguarding and Welfare Team.
Outside of the club, Lecy works for a large bank and brings valuable experience from the banking and corporate sector to the Board of Trustees, supporting strong governance and best practice across the charity.

Susan Fraser
Trustee
Susan has been involved with Pulloxhill Gymnastics Centre since it was founded by Paul. Now retired, Susan brings over 40 years of childcare experience and a long history of working with charitable organisations across the UK. She now shares this wealth of experience on the Board of Trustees, supporting the club’s mission and governance.

Annabelle Kane
Trustee
Annie was appointed to the Board of Trustees in December 2023. A chemistry graduate, Annie has several years of experience working within sports and leisure facilities. She now works with a large international organisation, specialising within their EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) team, and brings this knowledge and experience to support the governance and development of the club.

We are currently looking for two new trustees to join our wonderful team. Trustees are the cornerstone of our leadership, helping to oversee key decisions and guide the club in its continued growth and expansion.
We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in Business, Media, PR, Banking, or Safeguarding, to strengthen and support our team.
