Competitive Gymnastics at Gymnastics Reborn
Our competitive gymnastics programme at Gymnastics Reborn provides dedicated gymnasts with the opportunity to train, compete, and progress within a supportive, athlete-centred environment. Led by experienced coaches, our squads focus on technical development, strength, flexibility, and performance, while maintaining a strong emphasis on wellbeing, enjoyment, and long-term development.

Men's Artistic Gymnastics
Our Men’s Artistic Gymnastics programme focuses on developing strength, control, flexibility, and confidence across all six apparatus: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar.
Gymnasts are supported through a structured pathway that builds strong foundations while encouraging progression and enjoyment of the sport.
Gymnasts within our men’s programme regularly compete at both regional and national level, and we are proud to have a member of the Scottish National Team training within the club.

Women's Artistic Gymnastics
Our Women’s Artistic Gymnastics programme at Gymnastics Reborn provides gymnasts with strong technical foundations across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Training focuses on developing strength, flexibility, confidence, and artistry within a supportive and structured environment. Gymnasts are guided through clear progression pathways, with opportunities to train and compete at both recreational and competitive levels.

Tumble Squad
Our Tumbling Gymnastics programme at Gymnastics Reborn is ideal for athletes who enjoy competition but prefer a lower weekly training commitment. Tumblers train one day per week, focusing on developing power, speed, and strong tumbling technique on the tumble track.
Gymnasts compete at county level, with opportunities for regional competitions for suitable athletes, making this a great option for competitive gymnasts who want high-quality training without a large number of weekly hours.
